Pikkit Pro Subscription Policy

Effective Date: November 3, 2026

Pikkit Pro subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel and are generally non-refundable for partial periods. Some terms apply to every subscriber. Billing, cancellation and refunds depend on where you subscribed: our website, the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Who this applies to

This policy covers every Pikkit Pro subscription, whether you bought it on our website, in our iOS app through the Apple App Store, or in our Android app through Google Play. By starting a subscription or free trial, you agree to this policy.

The terms for all subscribers apply wherever you subscribed. For billing, cancellation, refunds and price changes, follow the section for where you bought your subscription. If that section differs from the general terms, the platform section applies.

Terms for all subscribers

Automatic renewal

Pikkit Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Plans and prices may vary by platform and region. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you confirm your purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Free trials

  • Some plans include a free trial. The trial length and the price you'll pay when it ends are shown before you start.
  • When the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
  • Free trials are intended for new subscribers. We may decline a trial if you've had one before.

Promotional and introductory pricing

  • We sometimes offer a discounted price for your first billing period or first few periods. The discounted price, how long it lasts and the regular price that follows are shown before you confirm.
  • When the promotional period ends, your subscription renews automatically at the regular price unless you cancel.
  • Promotions apply only to new subscribers or the customers they're offered to, and can't be combined unless we say so.
  • Promo codes have no cash value and can't be applied to past charges.
  • If you cancel and later resubscribe, the regular price applies unless a new offer is available to you.

When your subscription ends

You lose access to Pro features and your account moves to the free plan. Deleting the app or logging out doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it as described in the section for where you subscribed.

Refunds

Except where required by law or described in the section for where you subscribed, payments are non-refundable. We don't provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.

Suspension and termination

If we suspend or end your account for violating our Terms of Service, your subscription ends and you won't receive a refund for the remaining period. If we discontinue Pikkit Pro, we'll stop future renewals. For web purchases, we'll refund any prepaid time you couldn't use. For App Store and Google Play purchases, refunds follow that store's process.

Purchases on our website

This section applies to subscriptions bought on our website and billed by our payment processor, Stripe.

Billing and renewal

The price, billing period and any taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm.

PlanBilledRenews
MonthlyEvery month on your billing dateAutomatically each month
AnnualOnce a year on your billing dateAutomatically each year

Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan, and we charge your saved payment method on or shortly after each renewal date, until you cancel. Your billing date is the day your paid subscription began, or the day your free trial ended. If your billing date doesn't exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), you'll be billed on the last day of that month.

Some web trials require a payment method to start. If you add one, we won't charge it during the trial.

Payment methods and failed payments

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. You can update your payment method anytime from your account settings.

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it several times over the following days. If we still can't collect payment, your subscription will be canceled and your account will move to the free plan. You can resubscribe anytime.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime online, in a few clicks, from Account > Subscription on the web. You can also email us at support@pikkit.app and we'll help you cancel.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until then, and you won't be charged again.
  • To avoid the next charge, cancel any time before your renewal date.

Refunds

Web payments are non-refundable except as described below or where required by law.

We will refund a charge if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same period, or charged after you canceled.
  • You were charged because of a technical error on our side.
  • You contact us within 7 days of an annual renewal charge and haven't meaningfully used Pro features since that renewal.

To request a refund, email support@pikkit.app. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the related Pro access ends.

Other refund requests are reviewed case by case at Pikkit's discretion. Granting one doesn't entitle you to future refunds.

Plan changes

If you switch between monthly and annual billing, we'll show you the new price, any credit for unused time, and when the change takes effect before you confirm.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We'll notify you 7 to 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and it takes effect at your next renewal after that notice. If you don't want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it applies.

Taxes

Prices may not include sales tax, VAT or other taxes. Where required, we'll calculate and charge applicable taxes based on your location, and show them at checkout.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than your bank. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend Pro access while the dispute is open.

Purchases through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed in our iOS app, Apple bills and manages your subscription. Apple's terms apply to billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • To cancel or change plans, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases, and Pikkit can't issue them. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Apple notifies you of price changes. Some price increases require your consent before they apply.

Purchases through Google Play

If you subscribed in our Android app, Google bills and manages your subscription. Google Play's terms apply to billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds.

  • Payment is charged to your Google Play payment method when you confirm your purchase, and renews automatically until you cancel.
  • To cancel or change plans, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. You can request one through Google Play.
  • Google notifies you of price changes. Some price increases require your consent before they apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version with its effective date and, for material changes, notify active subscribers.
