How to Remove your Data

At Pikkit, we take your privacy and data security seriously. Here are steps to partially or fully remove your data from our platform.
Partial Data Removal:
To partially remove your data from Pikkit, follow these steps:
- Log In: Open the Pikkit app and log in using your phone number.
- Access Summary Page: Head to the Summary page by tapping on the right most icon in the navigation bar.
- Settings: Click on the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
- Bet Sharing: Tap on "Bet Sharing" to access custom filters
- Hide Bets by League: Click on "Leagues" and toggle off the leagues you wish to hide bets for.
- Hide Bets by Age: Click on "Bet Age" and select a date you wish to include bets from since.
- Hide Bets by Amount: Click on "Bet Amount" and customize hiding bets greater than or less than amounts.
To perform a fresh start for a specific sportsbook, follow these steps:
- Settings: Click on the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
- Linked Accounts: Select "Linked Accounts and Data" and select the sportsbook you would like to remove data from.
- Fresh Start: Select "Fresh Start (remove some historical data" to remove betting data from a sportsbook before a selected date.
- Date Selection: Select a date you would like to remove data before from and hit continue.
- Note: This action action cannot be undone.
Account Deletion:
To remove all data and delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Log In: Open the Pikkit app and log in using your phone number.
- Access Summary Page: Head to the Summary page by tapping on the right most icon in the navigation bar.
- Settings: Click on the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
- Request Deletion: Tap on "Help" under "General" and click on "Request to delete account".
